Well we have been testing some of these flavors for the last year and it is now time to release them.

We have packaged them in 'Session' jars for ease of re-use.  One of the things we heard a lot with the vac packed maize was that it was drying out after opening and needed re-hydrating.

We have added small amounts of preservative to each jar, in testing this has meant that even after several session the maize is still as fresh as the day it was infused!
