I have started uing Calf Manna bait pack and my catch rate has gone up.  I have used it with my rock salt maze and my home made boiles.

4 cups of Calf Manna
8 cups quick oats
4 cups cracked corn.
2 cans sweet corn.
3 cans water.

I mix all the dry stuff in a 5 gal bucket then add the corn and water - mix and leave over night.  I can use this for 3 days and it stay nice.  You can cut the amount down but this last me all weekend and the carp love this stuff.

This is what Keith and Kristie use.  Minnow Magnet is coming down on March 21 - So I think I will give him some Manna bait pack.

Jeff

Sorry Ed the normal can of sweet corn - that is the can of water I was talking about.   3 cans (normal sweet corn can) of water

A lot of times I will put this out in the lake to feed the ducks and come back in 2 hours and the carp are in the swim.

OK Jeff, thanks.

Actually even different brands of corn vary in size but I'll go with the average at 15.25 ounces. Anyway, I'm sure it's not rocket science, a little more water would probably be better than less. Thanks again.

Hi Ed - I went home last night and made some Manna mix and I should have put 3 cans of water.  Can you change the recipe or is it to late.

No problem Jeff, I changed it in all posts so it makes sense.

Just so you know, you could have changed it in your own posts. Just click on the "modify" button in the upper right hand corner and you can change anything you want. I don't have any time limit set on editing posts and it will stay that way unless it's abused.
